How we work with designers
From sketch to installation
You deal with one manager at every stage.
- 1Sketch or reference
You send a sketch, drawing or photo, dimensions and fabric wishes.
- 2Quote and samples
We calculate the price and lead time, select fabrics and hand over samples. Free.
- 3Drawing and approval
We prepare a visual project with dimensions. You and the client approve it.
- 4Contract
Dimensions, fabric, price and lead time — in the contract. 50% deposit.
- 5Production
7–20 days in our own workshop. Photos of each stage on request.
- 6Delivery and acceptance
We deliver assembled and carry it upstairs. The balance is paid after acceptance.

We show what it is made of
We show the frame and filling composition in cross-section and fix it in the contract — you know what your client will receive.

Frequent questions from designers
PaymentHow does payment work?
We sign a contract. When ordering you pay a 50% deposit, and the rest after you have checked and accepted the finished furniture.
Lead timeHow long does the furniture take?
Production time 7–20 days. We give the exact date when you order and write it into the contract.
SizesCan I order a non-standard size?
Yes. Custom sizes come at no extra charge: we fit the furniture to a niche, a small room or a large hall.
FabricsCan I see the fabric before ordering?
Yes. We show samples before you order: velvet, chenille, basket weave, faux leather — over 1000 options.
WarrantyWhat is the warranty?
Warranty from 1 year from the day of acceptance. We fix defects that are our fault at our own cost.
WarrantyWhat if the furniture turns out different from what we agreed?
Dimensions, fabric and construction are fixed in the contract. If the finished furniture does not match them, we fix it free of charge — within 14 days.
